A conspiracy at the Census bureau - Judy Van Gelder

It came to my attention several weeks ago that Robert Hedges followed two of the clerks home from work.
Sally Snyder said she noticed him following her wondered why he was going in her direction so she speed up and lost him.
Jean Jones said he followed her and when she noticed him, she went to the drug store to see if he continued his pursuit. She said he also drove into the parking lot and got out before her and just stood at the door. I did ask her her feelings and she said she was more angry than anything. If he had tried anything weird she would have bopped him one. Jean does not intimidate easily.
I also about the same time overheard a conversation with two clerks about someone grunting behind them in the files. I broke in and asked who was doing this and Judy Mink said Robert Hedges. She said he came up behind her started grunting and she turned around and she turned around and asked what was wrong he told her he was just "horny". I asked her if she wanted to make a formal complaint and she told me no she didn't want him mad at her she thinks he "too crazy". I realize this statement could produce some type of personal action. These statements are true as best I can recall and may be used with my knowledge and consent in any action taken.

Robert Hedges responds:

Judy states "someone said" etc. This is hearsay and goes to the source. {{ What had come to her attention was either that someone was alleging this fiction as she stated, or else she discovered that I had written two procedures to speed up work, or that I found faster ways to do tasks, or that it would take several major lies from a group to get me fired. }}

However, I never spoke the word horny to Judy Mink, ever, but did ask her to take her coffee-pot chore for a late visit to the men's room at 3:40 this week.
