    (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) (16)[ Comment: HEDGES - Attorney Dale, Barry Smith, a stenographer & Robert Hedges were the four persons attending. Dale acted as "Judge" but was not impartial. Dale broke in to stop questions by Hedges as to valve of land, as if the pair, Dale & Smith had already agreed on what was to be said by the "deponent expert". There is no legal basis for a generalization that some geometric shape cannot be divided, nor can any generalized land type become legally indivisible, unless all similar land types become forever indivisible. The letter from Dale offering to divide this same land as soon as ownership changed actually proves that pleading indivisibility was an intentional fraud, violating Rule 11 by the intent to mislead the court with untrue facts. Never go to a deposition outnumbered by your opponents. ]
