A conspiracy at the Census bureau - Art Stewart
-Supervisor
by Robert Hedges ©
Robert Hedges came to the CCU on 04/06/1990, and soon after that
I put him on his GWFPA plan.
I told him I was sound asleep at that time, that there were
several other Art and Arthur Stewart's in Louisville, and if
anyone dedicated a song to him, it certainly was not me. Robert said that when
people dedicated songs to him, or he heard their names on the
radio, it "bugged him, and there was no
need for that. "
Every clerk that I have discussions with in the past few days has
mentioned to me that Robert has told them that he has heard my
name on the radio.
Art Stewart 31 Oct 1990 - for investigation
June 1990, at a procedural GWFPA I stated to Art Stewart that his
name was broadcasted on the radio at about 3: AM previously.
(specifically [brodcasted] during my first week or so April 2-9
) No conversation ever took place about song dedication. He has
mis-remembered.
I have already listed some of the broadcasted names from my
proximity for the FCC, in reference to a crime, which Art
Stewarts' name does not relate directly to, since I had not
memorized his name during that first week or so. Names on the air
may be a FCC violation, and relate to a situation I find
appalling.
No other statement by Art Stewart is firsthand information, and
must stand scrutiny on it's own merits, not based on it being
said to him by others.
During the time when he was signing the plan, he asked me if
I had dedicated a song to him on the radio the night before.
I said "NO", what time was this, and he said "about 3 am".
I did not think any more of this incident until late October
1990, when I became aware
that Robert had told clerks in the PES library, that when he
hears people's names, that something bad usually happens to them,
that they go to jail, or they "disappear"
