Butch Johnson - son of Shirley, and 1/4 partner with J.T.
Marty Johnson - son of Shirley, who works public work.
Little Jimmy Stevens - son-in-law of Shirley and heir of Big
Jimmy Stevens thousands of acres. Little Jimmy Stevens is a
brother-in-law to Butch Johnson and the other seven Johnson
children of Shirley Johnson and his Thurman wife.

HORNBACK = Steve Hornback - Land Bank Loan Officer or vice-Credit
manager at the Land Bank, son of a Shelby Co. farmer, now with a
different bank in New Castle. His brother is occasionally
interviewed to get tobacco opinions for the TV news.
LAGISAW = Powell Lagisaw - Resident of 6009 Bardstown Rd, who
came to the farm to get free firewood. He once backed his car
across two yards to ram the side of the automobile in the Hedges
driveway. He moved to Mt Washington.
MCADAMS = Ben McAdams - former PCA Credit Manager from
Shepherdsville in the Mount Washington PCA Office.He had a
brother, who was not the "big" farmer either.
OTTE = Chuck Otte - UnivLou Police. Louisville
EmergencyMedicalTech - He had worked for Standard Oil while
Robert had in 1970. He was later a Louisville
Policeman, and was a Louisville EMT when Robert visited his house
to renew our acquaintanceship.
SHAUGNESSEY = ? Shaugnessey - student politician at UnivLou.
STANSBURY = Mrs Stansbury - former wife of former Mayor
William Stansbury. She died from smoke inhalation in a home with
a Federal Judge Brown. He died with his mother on Bardstown Rd.
when struck while crossing.

Taylorsville.
Leon Bentley & wife
- General Electric worker/farmer on
200 acres at Waterford. He is formally from the hills of lake
area, and sold his farm there to developers, and may have
Lawrence Jones III as council. Leon and Mitchell were partners.
Mitchell and Curtis were also partners in some tasks.
Curtis Bentley, son of Leon - Post Office worker/farmer.
Wendell Bentley, son of Leon - physical therapist - out of town.
Ed Bickett - Farmer in Vine Grove who sold grain
bins. He was the wholesaler to D&E
Grain Systems.
Jerry Brico - truck driver, probably a perv, came
out to the country to get firewood, and sawed several walnut
trees down. He also visited around the neighborhood and dropped
my name. He once remarked that everyone would think he was a fag,
and brought family members with him when he got firewood, just
like an old church social.
Bernard Cheek -
Little Mount Farmer with 250 acres, dairy, strawberries, custom
planting, chemicals, seed, etc. His daughter married Mildred
Dailey's brother first, and Dwight Greenwell second. His son
works for him, and called Robert a "gay" once. He has an
toothless unmarried farm-hand living in his home named "Joe".
Shelby Dailey & wife - The Daileys who moved to the
Hedges Farm in 1948. and are deceased.
Petie Day - A University of KyfFarmer on the George
Baldwin Day Farm, formally of 300 acres, on Plum Creek and Hwy 44
near Waterford. Cousins of Cecil Day and Cecil's two brothers.
Petie was a PCA Farmer who was called a "golden boy" by Ben
McAdams. Petie went broke when land prices dropped, and he was
loaned out past his shrinking equity.
Cecil & Noreen Love Day - Retired postman/farmer with
his Canadian wife's farm, of 400 acres or so, west of Hedges
Farm, which adjoined the Hedges
Farm on Love Lane.
Norman Day - Only son of Cecil & Noreen.
Jim Bennett - Metalurgical Engineer/Farmer son-in-law of Cecil &
Noreen Day. He bought the Day/Love Farm.
Ralph Edwards & Opal Husband Edwards -
farmer/Taylorsville Reservoir Lake area worker, living on the
Annis Edwards Farm, north of the Salt River on 623. A partner in
D&E Grain Systems, with Mike Driscoll. Opal's nephew Gussie
married Donna Sue Dailey.
Kerry Edwards - older son of Ralph
Rex Edwards - younger son of Ralph
Mike Driscoll - local HVAC Tradesman, now with an Ice business
and the Video store, was an in-law to the Husbands, now an in-law
to Prof Zalampas who taught history at JCCollege. Mike was half
of D&E Grain Systems.
The Foreman Brothers are the adjoining landowners
on the south and south-east of the Hedges. They have about 800
acres, mostly leased, and much in totally trashed woodland. The
have the Foreman Brothers Funeral Home in Jeffersontown, KY.
Barry Foreman has served as Jefferson County Coroner. Larry
Foreman is the new owner of the 100 acre tract described in the
partitioning case. C.T. Foreman purchased several tracts at the
Hedges Farm Auction in 1991.
Larry Goode -
Fuzzy Greer - he is a neighbor
of Bernard Cheek at Little Mount, introduced to Robert by the
Johnsons. He worked at GE also.
Clarence L. Holt, deceased, was
a logger/sawyer who had a mill at High Grove and also leased C.L.
Glasscock's mill for a few years. He was a nice old coot, simple,
sober, hard-working, and is missed.
Garnett Husband - "harny garny" - Opal's sister,
Father of Gussie and five more. Uncle to Kerry and Rex Edwards.
This individual is linked to Robert Reed by Reed's admissions in
1970, that the Husband family lived next door to the Reed family
about 1955 or so. He was father-in-law to Donna Sue Dailey
Husband.
J.T and Buela Johnson - farmer & his Courier
Journal
newspaper delivery wife with 200 acres on east side of the Hedges
Farm, adjoins at river. Michelle Jon Johnson - daughter and only
child of J.T. and Buela.
Bernard Lilly - Cousin of the Bennetts, mechanic,
Taylorsville Water co repair with partner with Mike Inman.
D.R. Rice is a local dozer
businessman. He has bulldozed for the Hedges for many years.
Lloyd Tichenor = local
dairy farmer, with substantial business interests locally.He also descends from the Hedges family.
Jan Travis - Son-in-law of Cecil & Noreen Day.
Anthony Travis = Jan's brother - Anthony Travis is a substantial
local farmer, who has served as local Magistrate. He has been the
subject of a "Big Farmer" article in the Courier Journal. He
subdivides farms frequently and is part of plannng and
zoning. He farms several thousand acres.
He has two sons, one of which farms with him and the younger of
whom is works in radio in Shelbyville, KY. His mother is Minnie
Travis Miller, formally of DPBChurch, who was in the WMU with
Catherine Hedges.
Doug Wearren is a nursery dealer who moved his
operation from Jeffersontown, KY
to the Foreman farm south of the Hedges Farm on Lilly Rd. He
advertises himself as
the largest wholesale nursery in Kentucky. Doug Wearran purchased
two tracts at
the Hedges Farm Sale of 1991. He used
slander against Robert Hedges, and refused to pay a debt.
Allen Wells was a
local farmer, farming in the Salt River bottoms below the Riverview Lookout. C.T. Foreman handed off the responsibility of
paying for the culverts to Doug Wearran, who said Allen Wells
should tell him
where the culverts which he took from the Hedges farm were
installed on the
Foreman property. Wells never did that.
Leroy Williams,
local dairy farmer, Magistrate, and
land developer. He may be one of the Williams brothers from Fern
Creek's William's Hatchery.
Brian Barnes - youth w/ ObGyn father and access to a
Porsche to drive. His older brother was in Prof. Whiteside's
Philosophy of Religion Class at UnivLou.
Mrs Birkhead - singer/mother of several of the
youth,
wife of Dr. Birkhead of UnivLou Medical School.
Harlan Brown - Retired trainman, deacon at DPBChurch;
with a Bloomfield Farm his wife heired, and a mysterious undeeded
hunting tule in Bullitt County.
Mrs Dauenhauer - singer/mother of several of the
youth.
Dr. Charles Gaba - a surgeon, with several children,
who
finally made it to Anchorage, KY. Mrs Gaba once taught at Fern
Creek Grade, and Nancy Hedges was her student.

Edwin or Ed Harmon - youth director at DPBChurch
during the late 1970's. He was a Baptist Seminary Student also,
and his
wife worked.
Robert believed he was a reasonably good
friend.
David Harrar - youth, from the Atherton area. He now
works at UnivLou.
Rev. and Mrs. Hinson - Professor at the Louisville
Baptist Theological Seminary, who stutters, was a son of a tenant
farmer.
Tommy Jackson - student from Atherton, who arrived
at
DPBChurch in late 1978, and didn't stay long. He was acquainted
with several of the youth group from Atherton and his
neighborhood. He has a sister who also stayed in an
orphanage. His father is a Louisville fireman.
Rev Jack Morgan - Priest/spokesperspn for the
Archdioscese - church at 15th street, with small attendance. He
was an interesting, knowledgeable, spokesperson for the
Louisville Archdiocese with a TV show. Robert enjoyed
discussing infant baptism with him. Robert hadn't discovered
Mensa for conversation yet. He had a lawyer-nephew in Louisville,
also named Morgan.
Harold Phillips - Associate Pastor, who was
available
at church most often when Robert sought good council or good
conversation. The church phone was a good place to call A_____a,
so Robert frequented church when in Louisville. Harold married an
employee of the Southern Baptist Convention.
Reverand C. Carmen Sharp - retired minister at
DPBChurch, for which a second parsonage was required. He was a
tenant farmer in Jackson, Miss. in his youth, and he preached
against the "haves" occasionally. He had three daughters.
Elmer Beam - Ky Utilities Electric Inspector -
disease-
sabotaged hog farmer.
Bob Blair - Business man, Insurance Agent from
Anchorage, KY, who once worked at General Electric among the
sales staff. He is one of the best salesmen who Robert has ever
met, and he throws excellent parties.
Dr Brooks - A Louisville Dentist. Ella Hedges Deitz
recommended him.
Officer Dennis Dahlrymple - Jefferson County
Policeman from Fern Creek, who had rumors to pass along to
Robert.
Judge Delahanty sr- Jefferson County District
Court
Judge - His brother, Father Delahanty is a local Priest. Sean
Delahanty has been Democratic Party Chair for Jefferson Co. Kevin
Delahanty has been elected judge since. (Robert's
brother-in-law) Lee Robert Kotheimer is son of Democratic toady,
Mayor Pro Tem Kotheimer, 1972?...........is this a clue?.]
office person - one john doe/tenant farmer with an
agricultural degree.
David Hoagland - Taylorsville Insurance Agent with
the BIG HAIR, 1 - can of hair spray per day - had the farm
account insurance.
Edgar Sullivan
.He was a local lawyer in Taylorsville,
who finished law school during the depression, became the local
clerk, and reached 100 years of age a few years ago, Possibly deceased now, but his influence lives on.
Bennett, Philip - mechanic pal whose first wife works for Kroger.
Bush, Morris - Fern Creek landscaper/businessman who
associated with John Stearns.
Cundiff, Gary - mechanic/masonry worker from Fern
Creek, now deceased, who always had a lead on a deal or the name of a new
shop for working on Chevrolets.
Outlaw, Frankie - mechanic/auto trader from
Jeffersontown.
Parrott, Dave - Corvette collector, mechanic who has
been a route deliveryman. He had cultivated a shady reputation at
an earlier time in his life. It was said that he died in a
Corvette wreck, with Kenny Southerland, on the Joplin Rd in
Oldham County, KY. He has several brothers in the Chevy
business.
Potts, Gary - mechanic pal cousin of Phil Bennett. This
pair had an estate fight earlier, when their mutual grandfather's
estate was up for grabs.
Pritchett, Welby is a mechanic who was in RobertŐs
high school class, as well as State Trooper Pratt's former
brother-in-law. He grew up on the street where Mrs. J.T.
Johnson's sister, and the Bentley's relatives lived in Fern
Creek. Robert bumped into him sometime soon after the 10 year
reunion, in Fern Creek's Convenient. Robert knows of no personal
animosity between.
Schneidtmiller, Bill and John Stearns -
partners in S&S American/Service Center. Old acquaintences of
Robert's who had done him favors in the past, though each may be
a no-account.
Sutherland, Kenny - Mechanic and construction pal
from Jeffersontown. He died along with Dave Parrott in a Corvette
wreck. His brother took over his house and his business when he
died. He was a cousin of the Fox
family, from high school days.
Yates, Doug - Mechanic/racer/bodyman/businessman in Cecelia, KY south
of Elizabethtown, with his own salvage yard and shop. He
purchased his first 1957 Corvette project from Robert in 1973.
