A conspiracy at the Census bureau - Jean Jones
by Robert Hedges ©
To whom this may concern:
On October 1, 1990, Robert Hedges appeared to be following me home.
At first I thought it odd since he lives no where near me and in the
past I had observed him going in the opposite direction. While
driving I became somewhat alarmed as he followed me through
various shortcuts I normally take home. Rather than lead him to
my home I decided to go into the Wallgreen's Pharmacy area of the
Green Tree Mall. He followed me into the parking lot and parked a
few stalls away from my vehicle. He then went into Wallgreen's
and waited at the entrance until I got there. At this point, I
became angry. However, I did not say anything to him and went by
him. I stayed in Wallgreen's for ten minutes and left. Upon
returning to my car I discovered that he had left.
I retrospect, I regret not reporting this incident when it
happened as he has been following numerous women from the Census
Bureau when they have work in the evening.
Hopefully it is his intention to intimidate rather than harm a
female employee here at the Census bureau.
Jean M Jones - 31/10/1990 - for use in investigation
I have never seen Jean Jones (who at 6 ft tall is difficult to
overlook) anywhere at any time, outside the Census compound.
I have never seen any census employee at the Greentree mall
(unless they drove me there {{ in their car}} ). Is this mall a
public place ? {{ When would I be expected to shop ? You are loco
!!}}
If that October 1st was the day I planned to have a haircut
there, who followed who?
She stated that she observed me going "this way" or that way".
Who is the person who is watching who?
I believe she may need counseling if she believes I need to
follow her.
